Further details regarding transport for the following tours will be included in the conference handbook. All tours will pick up participants from the Sydney Convention Centre. The dress code for all tours is casual – we suggest you wear comfortable shoes and you may need a hat and sunglasses. Remember to bring your sunscreen, camera and a jacket.

Challenge Cooking

Do you have what it take to be RMIA’s Master Chef?  Not for the faint hearted, this is an experience is not to be missed! Forget forced conversations and awkward moments. This cooking experience provides the stimulus for chatting and getting to know each other, while you build sensational relationships as you create a fabulous meal to eat and enjoy together whilst sipping on Australian wine. As a memento of your experience you will take away with you an apron and chef’s hat.

Cost:                A$160 per person

All social events and tours must be booked through the Conference registration form.

•  The conference reserves the right to cancel or vary optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached.
•  Regrettably, optional social functions, day tours and additional ticket cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event.
